Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Shipping times vary based on product availability, supplier inventory, customization, and delivery location.
Some items may ship separately or directly from one of our distribution partners. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customized or embroidered items may require additional processing time before shipment.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS as needed.
Items eligible for returns or exchanges must be in their original condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached as shipped or purchased. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, embroidered, altered, or returned after the 30-day return period. Returns of 10 or more items may be subject to restocking fees. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Return shipping costs may also be deducted from the refund unless the return resulted from an error by Uniforms 4 Me.
Please allow several business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and selecting the “Orders” option. Clicking on the order number link will display items like invoice buttons, tracking codes, and reorder options.
